Piercer was gentle, very comforting, very reassuring , and welcoming personality. He told me it wouldn't hurt, and it didn't ! At all! Compared to other piercers who have pierced my nose, I would recommend him100% .
I can’t say enough good things about Brandon! I have been going to him to get my earrings changed out and I won’t go anywhere else. He is so kind, does great work and genuinely cares about helping people.
I had such a wonderful experience here at Critical Acclaim. Bonnie was so attentive and generous in making sure I was ready to go for my piercing.
And Brandon.. wow. What a sweet and warm personality. I was so comfortable here and could probably talk to him for hours!
