Buyer beware! Carpet arrived cut incorrectly. a re order would take 2 weeks. Installers didn't show up as promised. A repair on an older carpet put in by Bastian was not covered, even when Remita diagnosed that the ripple in the carpet was caused by the carpet iron over heating the carpet, causing it to adhere to the pad. Remita charged a fair $215 for repair of the carpets progressive rippling. Bastian refused to reimburse me. They are many local carpet companies that are honest, fair and willing to work with a loyal customer. I would never recommend Bastian.

The estimator Jordan gave an estimate of three areas as discussed. She was very patient with providing carpet samples. Once chosen, Jordan stayed on top of the shipment and coordinated the installation. The project looks great!

Jordan did a fantastic job of tracking down available carpet tiles to match our needs and timing. She was able to special order the tile have it delivered and installed within a week allowing us to have our office furniture moved in on time.Her response time was incredible with the constant back and forth of sample choices and site visits to close the deal and deliver on time. Bastian did a great job helping us with choosing and installation of our luxury vinyl plank floor! We replaced flooring in our foyer, kitchen, laundry and bath. Everyone was very professional, especially Julie who did our quote. They kept us informed on the timing of our order and scheduling of the install. Installers were professional, fast, and left everything very clean. I would highly recommend Bastian for home installation.

This is been a wonderful company to deal with from start to finish. The sales people were competent and nice to deal with, the products were quality choices with lots of options and the installers were superior. I just had hardwood flooring put in by Tony and Will--these guys are some of the best people doing work out there anywhere.

BASTIAN CARPET - POOR ADVICE - BAD CRAFTSMANSHIP I had purchased an expensive wall to wall carpeting for my hallway. The sales girl gave terrible advice when she said I didn't need the upgraded padding. What a mistake that was! Feels like I am walking on the subfloor every time I walk in my hallway. What junk for padding they give you. Next, the installers. What clowns! They come in with their regae music blaring thru your house and talk about their plans for the weekend the entire time during the installation. I guess that's ok if I would have gotten a good installation. NOT!! I instead got crooked cut lines, carpet coming up at one of the bedroom seams and worse of all, a 12 ft. razor line going down the middle of my hallway that WON,T come out. Next, the poor management staff. All you get is the run around with the manager. She has done NOTHING to help resolve the matter. So, a month and a half onto it, I am still waiting for them to uphold their "Beautiful Floor Guarantee". All I am left with is HATING my new floor!!
