I would like to acknowledge a Battery Tech by the name of Rafael Perez who had come to help me today with my 2012 Jetta.. I had just returned back to the Lehigh Valley for my father funeral services and my car would not turn over.. I had gotten a lot of work recently done to it and did not think upon my return I would have had any issues.. He had come out to help with a jump … he was unable to get it to register.. which meant my battery was completely drained.. he helped to remove it and suggested to take it to a local Auto Zone as they would have that kind of charger and time needed for that charge.. Had an amazing experience getting insurance for my van at this location, Carlos Alverez helped my wife and I tremendously, he was very helpful and informative, honestly my day started out bad but after meeting with Carlos he completely turned my day around. I don't think I want to ever go to any other insurance company or deal with any other insurance agent ever again!

I’ve had to use AAA on lehigh st. two weekends in a row now both staff have been extremely patient, knowledgeable, and friendly- Especially reception. I would recommend to anyone considering.
