I went to CrossFit AR Strength for a special fundraising workout event with a friend from my box. I wanted to see what else was out there and heard great things about this place near Allentown. It was the most fun I ever had doing CrossFit. Over time, they helped my form, technique, and made me really enjoy the sport while taking my game to the next level. Ian, Corey, and the other coaches really helped push me beyond what I thought I could do. I left with some great results and even better friends. I try to go back whenever I am in the area as I have yet to find a gym (traditional or CrossFit box) that challenges me in the way that this place has. Highly recommend!

So, I had no idea what to expect when going to a "Cross Fit" "Box." I was apprehensive, yet I knew that the typical gym and at-home workouts weren't getting me to challenge myself. I needed to find a well-educated, professional, and experienced trainer to work with (until I feel ready to participate in a class by myself). I am very impressed with Cross Fit AR's first free workout. After that, the next four sessions cost $25 each. After the four sessions, I could have started classes.
