I was nervous having to have an MRI. The tech was great. She explained it all to me and made me feel comfortable going into the closed MRI, really showed compassion. A shout-out to the lady who did my X-Rays also!
Everything was light and bright. Arranged for an MRI with the wide bore machine due to some claustrophobia I have. Michelle was a professional, knowledgeable and patient with me. Office staff all delightful. I don’t leave reviews often but today I was impressed.
Allentown Diagnostic Imaging is the best radiology office ever! The facility is brand new, extremely clean and nicely decorated. All staff members are very professional, friendly and caring! They make sure that your visit goes as much comfortable and pleasant as possible. Your visit will be not rushed and the staff members would double check that the test images are perfect! The main thing about this office is that it is not part of any big hospital monsters like LVHN or St.Luke’s. They are run by independent management company
