Family Practice of Willow Grove is known for their attentive and thorough doctors, including Dr. Keller, Dr. Tenthoff, and Dr. Lewcun. The staff is friendly and helpful, although they may seem rushed and it can be difficult to get through on the phone at times. The office has an online patient portal for convenience. Earlier issues with booking and desk staff seem to have been resolved.
Writing a review because it looks like there are a lot of old reviews that are dragging down the rating. I've been going to Dr. Keller for several years now and he's been great. The office staff always seem to go out of their way to be pleasant and helpful. Maybe the place wasn't so great in the past, but as of now (2026) and for the last several years, I've had nothing but good experiences.
Dr. Keller was very thorough on my first visit - I appreciated it! I had no issues with booking or with the desk staff so the earlier highlighted issues may be resolved since the end of the pandemic.
The staff has always been nice and helpful. They sometimes seemed short staffed and a little rushed but were very pleasant. It’s hard to get through on a phone at times. Dr Tenthoff is wonderful. She takes her time with me and the time to chat. It’s a very good practice.
