Based on the reviews, Rheumatology Specialty Center is a medical practice specializing in Rheumatoid Arthritis, disorders of the muscles, bones, and joints, and connective tissues. The physicians are leaders in their field. Patients found Dr. Garcia to be interested and concerned, very good at explaining conditions, possible medications, and side effects. Dr. Jacobs-Kosmin is described as MAGNIFICENT, taking time to solve all pains. Dr. Pritchard was excellent, personable, and very competent. The practice offers 5 different office locations, including a Jenkintown office with an easy drive, nice office, pleasant staff, and a new Infusion Center that is nice and clean. The infusion nurses are described as the best. However, some reviews note that the staff has been cut to only one nurse in the infusion center, which could be a safety issue for patients and staff. Another issue mentioned is a receptionist with no clue. Wait time was only 20 minutes, and the staff was friendly and efficient for one urgent matter.
Dr. Jacobs-Kosmin is exceptional! She takes the time to listen. She explains everything in a way I can understand. I am 78 years old and it was one of the best experience at a doctors office I have every had. Something that really blew me away was the handout she gave me to take home. It was a complete and very thorough explanation of the entire visit and things that I need to do. I felt very well taken care of and that means so much to me. Thank you Dr. Kosmin.
I visit the Jenkintown office every 2 months for infusions. All of the staff are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly from the office staff to the nurses. I see Dr Minn who in my opinion is awesome
I've been pushed around and led around for weeks no explanation in my lab work no explanation of my CT scan. But when I went to this rheumatologist she actually sat down and talked to me like I was a human being and explained everything to me and she's she's stated that she is going to help try to figure things out. I'm just so grateful that I had this opportunity because I was really really lost but what was going on inside my body. So I'm so thankful
