I’ve had a very good experience with Cavco customer support. Genessis has been a pleasure to work with and I really appreciate the Cavco factory employees.

There were a couple of issues, which is understandable for construction, and the Cavco factory employees have done an excellent job to remedy the issues.

Cavco Steve has done an excellent job. Very good communication as work was progressing. He has kept me in the loop and taking extra steps to make sure the job has been fully completed.

I appreciate the multiple days Steve has been out and Genessis at Cavco has scheduled him ample time to get the job completed.

They don’t seem to want to sell homes. I’ve been emailing the company trying to get a price and they seem to just keep stalling coming up with every excuse to not send me a list of prices ?? It’s been 2 weeks emailing back and forth giving me the run around to just get one price for a home not to mention the women helping me does not reply. I would like to buy a home here but it seems like they don’t really care about the customers

They do not seem to be very capable in finishing work. They also seem to use the lowest quality products. Our floor I'm opinion is defective even the service tech that cane to inspect it said it was deceive, but I've have not got a reasonable resolution to the floor. I would not currently buy another home from them. If they make satisfactory fix I might. I am hoping they will acknowledge the poor quality of the flooring and replace it.
