We went to visit Factory Expo after viewing a number of manufactured homes online. Shane was very accommodating and understood our situation. And I'd like to note, he's definitely not a "salesperson" - the house model we looked ar sold itself to us. The quality of construction, the materials used and the attention to detail were all very apparent.

WOW .. If you are shopping for a home. This is the place! We walked through the module home's were we live, before finding this location. We made a day of it drove 8 hours total, there & back. It was worth it! I highly recommend you shop here!!You will not be disappointed! We we're so happy we did! (UPDATE )We took our second trip there.....Everyone working that day were Welcoming to us.Laura Atkins was very thorough,we asked alot questions and she was very patient and friendly . We can't wait to be in our New Home!? ? ?Yes, Yes!

The whole process went smoothly. We picked out our Macksburg little manufactured home after looking at many floor plans. The quality was great and the finishes are beautiful. It was supposed to be finished in March, but we got a call from them saying it would be ready in January! Awesome, it arrived home the very first part of February, it’s not quite finished being set us but we love it. It’s very well built and came over the mountains in great shape. A big shout out to Angela, Theresa and Mary for making this process exciting and smooth. It was much more pleasant the my car buying experiences. Thank you Factory Expo.
