They know what they’re doing and yet the are respectful to the patient. The doctor gave good advice that I continue to follow. The nurse was kind and attending. I was nervous but was given what I needed to get better.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shah for years and couldn't be happier, he actually listens and goes above and beyond to help. The only downside is you have to schedule way in advance because he has so many patients.

I've never had any issues with the staff or doctors here. Sure, communication could be better sometimes but if you handle things in a professional and kind manner, you get great service. I personally love Dr. Shah and in fact researched a ton before I found him. He's open, calm, explains things perfectly, has excellent bedside manner. I'm extremely particular about business, medical personnel, and customer service - and both my parents were/are PTSD veterans - so, my expectations tend to reside on a very high level. It's unfortunate for the patient that wrote a nasty review here, as I imagine something else is going on that hasn't been shared and he felt the need to use Yelp as a venting outlet. Too bad. Go see Dr. Shah, you won't regret it, he's a fabulous and knowledgeable doctor..
