I highly rate this health center..the staff and doctors are awesome and they take the time out to help and listen to your needs..to me it doesn't get any better..I also want to thank Dr Nathan savage lee and am grateful your my primary doctor..I appreciate you..such a great guy that cares..sincerely Dean martin.

Very frustrated with your phone system. I should be able to directly call the office, ESPECIALLY when returning a call. Today I say on hold for nearly 20 minutes, always first in the queue with an estimated hold time of 1 min, 31 seconds. Finally gave up and left a calback number (was hesitant to do that because last time I did I didn't get a call back till nearly 5:30pm when everyone in the office was gone). Did get a call back in a fairly short time today but..surprise!..the person I was returning a call to could not be reached. So I still sus here waiting.....

I'm new to OR from CA and CT before that and due to horrible health I've been to at least 100 doctors/surgeons as a truly conservative estimate. I mention this because the staff at NHC was amongst the kindest and most patient I've ever encountered. They provided me with information as well as care and were very tolerant of/soothing toward my obvious physical discomfort and anxiety. If your health has left you emotionally fragile, this is the practice for you.
