I've gotten beautiful windows from Portland Millwork before, but when the time came for me to buy a door, it's safe to say that the quality of it just blew me out of the water. The smooth texture and fine detailing of the wood made all of the doors I've bought elsewhere seem like nothing. I highly recommend Portland Millwork, 10/10!

I wanted to leave a review specifically for Jack Mahaffy, who is one of the technical service managers at Portland Millwork. Jack is literally the type of person who would go out of his way to help a stranger on the side of the road and ask for nothing in return. How would I know? Because I was that stranger, stranded on Santiam Pass with no cell service and a blown out tire.

Even after a full day of work in Bend, with a long drive home still ahead, Jack took the time to pull over and helped get me back on the road when nobody else would. Still in a bit of shock at how badly we were treated by Portland Millwork. 15 weeks ago we placed a custom door order with Andrew with the help of our architect and were told it would take 11 weeks. Called 3 days ago to check on the order and have spend everyday since calling and never getting a call back. I literally begged the woman on the phone to have Don, the sales manager call me and still nothing from them. They eventually called our contractor (who had nothing to do with placing the original order) and told him that they never placed the order. No call to us.
