Because it was winter and still cold, I wanted them to comeback when AC can be turned ON and check for any manufacturer's recommendation settings. Randy and Tyler did a Furnace and Air Conditioner combo for my old house two and a half years ago. It was a professional and clean job. They explained work and steps clearly.Last week, I needed a new furnace in my friend's house where I reside now. I called and mentioned that I was an old customer. I wasn't so sure if they are still the same company or they still remember me. I waited for two days assuming Randy would be super busy. He called back, arranged on-site estimates, emailed back the proposal in 2 hours. We conversed for the pricing for 2 more days. In 3 days, I have my brand new Lennox furnace installed by Tyler.
