Josiah took the time to educate us on our pool system and hot tub. We switched from a chlorine system to a salt system, which was so much better for our granddaughters in particular. You could always count on them to be there and if I had special needs they could and did accommodate those requests as well.

Great service and consistent so far! Previously, I had a chlorine pool and put in a saltwater pool when I moved. It’s been a struggle to learn, and I finally gave up. My pool has never looked better.

Josiah did an amazing job turning the un-maintained pool at my new home from frog pond to beautiful clear blue in less than 3 days. His office contact Raquel is always very prompt and friendly. I get an email each time my pool is serviced with a photo of the cleaned pool and an explanation of what was done and why. I contacted 5 local pool maintenance companies on the same day, Alpha responded almost immediately, while I never heard a peep from the other 4.
