“We are so glad we chose Peace of Mind Construction to fix our dry rot issue in our crawl space (caused by a leaking shower). Zack, James and Brian (on the plumbing side) all did a brilliant job and were a pleasure to have in our home. They replaced the rotten beams in our crawl space, installed a new shower (including pipes, showerhead and taps) and gave us a fantastic new bathroom floor (yeah, we're really happy with it!). They then repaired and painted all the drywalling that was affected by the remodel perfectly. Just as importantly, they completed the job on time with minimal fuss and were sensitive to our indoor cats' needs. My wife and I highly recommend this company.”

“I had the unfortunate mishap of a frozen hose bib that wasn't discovered until this past June...<br>Once the repair and remediation work was complete it was time for restoration!<br>Wall repairs, mudding, texture, painting in two rooms. Replaced insulation under the house. Because of the damage to the floors, the whole first and second story needed new flooring because there wasn't an obvious breaking point of materials.<br><br>That turned into a blessing! I was able to pick new flooring for both downstairs, stairway and upstairs! Shane, Trevor, and their teams worked meticulously taking out the old, prepping for the new and installing it all! New updated baseboards as well!<br>I probably took longer to decide what I wanted then they did doing that job!<br><br>Since my home was basically undergoing a huge update I asked for a quote on updating my kitchen counters, sink, fixtures, backsplash and lighting....and decided to move forward with it all!<br><br>I can't tell you how pleased I am with the total remodel. It's beautiful! My friends and neighbors all can't believe the difference in the updates and materials!<br><br>I have worked with SETS in the past when I did a remodel for a client's 'downsized' townhome they had purchased. Their work and the results then were equally as impressive.<br><br>I highly recommend SETS Construction for any repair, remodel, reconstruction project you have.
