“Josh and his team are the best and I could not recommend them more highly! Professional, great communication, fair pricing, hard-working, respectful, and excellent craftsmanship. I reached out to Josh after getting into a real mess with another contractor, which means when they entered the picture I was already completely stressed and overwhelmed and in over my head. But I explained my situation to Josh and despite me being so completely overwhelmed by it, he was not daunted by it at all. He stepped in and took over the project, reassuring me many times that they would not only fix everything and make it to code but also make it look beautiful. And they did! I finally have a beautiful(!) new deck and a new door in my garage that I know is structurally safe as well as functional. I honestly did not think I would ever be able to put this behind me, but thanks to Josh and his team, I finally can. “Brendan redid our 1980's era bath. When you're in the house while remodeling it's good to have someone you are comfortable with and Brendan is an affable guy. He is also an excellent fabricator: the fit of the tub surround and the floor, despite the tub nook's lack of square the floor's many nooks and projections, were excellently done. He also recreated the front of the vanity, cutting new doors and drawerfronts. Brendan can be relied on to make decision for you that are appropriate - he picked the paint sheen, replaced electrical outlets that were outdated etc. His paint prep and execution were excellent as well. We are happy with the result!“
