“NW Seismic retrofitted our foundation to connect to our home’s framing. An expert visited the house, explained how and why the retrofit would work, and provided a fair price. The work was timely, professional, and done in a day. There was a small miscommunication on placement of a bracket, which they corrected the same day, as well as the cost and process for if they encountered lead paint (they resolved that professionally and amicably too). A couple years later they went above and beyond and were willing to offer some seismic advice on some chimney work we were planning.
