GreenPoint's owner, Dan Green, was approachable and friendly. He sent us great painters, the job came in on budget, and truly exceeded our expectations. Felix, head painter, and his crew did an exceptional job. These painters were skilled, efficient, on time, and easy to communicate with. We plan to call GreenPointe Design and Construction for any painting needs in the future!“

2580 SE Ankeny St #512, Portland“Nick came out to my rental house to find out where a blocked drain was under the house. He crawled into a tiny crawlspace, found the drain, took tons of pics and then dug a trench outside of the house in the exact location so the plumber could repair the drain. He also landscaped the entire yard that the tenants had let go. I just hired him to do more landscaping at another rental house of mine and will use him for other contruction/repair jobs as well. Nick always texts me right back, shows up on time, is professional and does an excellent job. He's my "go to" guy now!“
“I had an emergency garage request and Steve answered my call on the Holiday weekend. He was so professional and wanted to help me with my emergency request. He had such a great attitude and wanted to get the job done. I have been dealing with vendors for years and Steve really came through for me and thought outside the box to help come up with a solution to my stuck garage door. He deserves a great review because his attitude was exceptional!“

22175 OR-99E, Canby“Waited a few years to make sure the building was going to withstand the test of time. The pole barn that m&w put up has been great no leaks to report and everything works as it should. The permitting process and build was handled very professionally. Butch was a strong negotiator but always followed through on every promise.“

1230 NE 63rd Ave, Portland“In October 2023 NW Seismic installed an emergency gas shut off valve and bolted the house to the foundation. When Tim C. came for the estimate, he was so incredibly thorough and took such time with providing unbiased consumer education. The quality of the work, as so noted by the city inspector, and the entire experience with NW Seismic, was excellent! The guys who came to do the work were prompt and professional. I highly recommend NW Seismic!“

7905 SE Ogden St, Portland“We first met with Brendan to give us an estimate for a bathroom remodel. Due to our short timeline, we unfortunately had to go with another contractor, who completely botched the job. We found ourselves in the nightmarish situation of halting the job mid-way and having to negotiate for a demo of the existing work and a reinstallation of a shower unit, among other jobs. We remembered that Brendan also works as an advisor on home projects and asked him if he would inspect the work in progress and offer his expert advice on how to proceed. He was a total rockstar and a backbone, advising us and helping us negotiate this conflict with our hired contractors. Thanks to Brendan's support, we stayed sane during the process, and could come with an expert second opinion that made the contracting company have to reassess their work. Not only did we succeed to have them remove their work and buy replacement materials at their own cost, but Brendan also provided step by step instructions of what they had to do to finish the job in a satisfactory way. He even communicated directly with the other contractor when necessary. He remained calm, polite, and showed his absolute in-depth knowledge of construction, and he charged a modest fee for his services. We sorely regretted not having waited to do the contracting work with Brendan, and will go back to him for future house projects. You could not get a nicer more reliable person, and he was a very thorough and creative thinker on finding solutions for our bathroom remodel. He is one in a million.“
“I have worked with Jolley Construction for the last 2 years on my bank owned properties. They do a amazing and very professional job on my bank owned poperties. After reading some of these responses I do not think people realize that with bank owned property we as agents and contractors go in and ask for certain things to be fixed. Those requests are ultimately the banks decision. Some banks choose to make those repairs but want the lowest amount to fix them. As an agent there have been many things I felt needed to be fixed but Jolley or I were not allowed to fix them. People purchasing bank homes do take a chance that not everything will be fixed. That is why bank owned properties are sold as is seller to do no repairs. I have worked with other contractors and Jolley has been the best that I have worked with!“
“Prior to hiring Northwest Renovation my front porch on my 1906 four-square was sagging due to its age and long-term water damage. Justin was the only company that provided me with a reasonable quotation to fix the problem areas with the porch. Two other companies suggested quoted for replacing the entire porch. I'm very happy with the quality and cost of his work. I will hire him again. I seldom give out 5 stars, but my porch looks great now thanks to them.“
“PDX Exteriors were prompt with getting out to give me a quote for replacing 2 skylights, repair of a section of roof, and installing 2 new skylights. Miguel followed up with the the alternates I requested for types of skylights and addition locations. They were my low bid out of three as well. The crew was curious and neat. They completed all 4 skylights and roof repairs in 6 hours. The yard and roof wear cleaned up perfectly. The opening pole unfortunately does not fit together properly. But Miguel has a new one on order. We will be adding more skylights next year and I will be giving this crew a call again at that time.“
“Eubanks Construction just finished repairing storm damage to a shop building which included replacing a roof truss, perlins, metal siding, insulation and metal roofing. Very good work, timely, and reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend Kevin and crew for any pole building work.“
“Hired Thumbs to add a security fence on my property. The fence came out beautifully, Andrew made some great suggestions. Ended up having him add a wooden ramp up to my shed door as well. The way it is constructed, I think it will last through World War Three. These guys are great.“

1026 SE Stark St, Portland“This company came into our cozy neighborhood to build a HUD apartment complex. It was scheduled to be a year long project. We hated the noise but couldn't help but love the polite workers, clean job site, and most of all the personal attention of the Site Foreman Stoney. When parking became a problem with lots of anger by the neighbors he asked his workers to park somewhere else. He took us on a tour of his half finished building and answered every question we had. And in these tricky times it was nice having his security onsite at night. The building ruined my view but the interaction with the workers was always pleasant. Thanks all.“

8449 SW Barbur Blvd, Portland“The project turned out to be much more extensive than initially expected requiring two full days of labor to complete. James quickly assessed that the work was going to be significantly more than our first estimate and was honest and upfront about additional costs before doing anything exceeding the estimate without my consent(which has not been the case with other contractors in my past). The work was top tier, very clean and the crew was polite and professional. Hard to find good residential contractors and would absolutely recommend his crew and services to anyone looking.“
“Well worth the money I paid. Siding and roofing installers were both professional and friendly. I have a massive amount of plants around my home and was amazed at the care they showed to protect them. Work is beautiful thank you guys.“
