Charlotte was wonderful! Very skilled, pleasant to spend time with, gave a relaxing shampoo and blow dry. Always nerve wracking to get a fade from a new person but I’m so happy I did. 12 years in the Portland area getting the worst haircuts of my life in a search for someone descent. Charlotte exceeded my expectations!
