“Outstanding experience with Legend at Rudy's. It was my first professional haircut in a very long time and my first haircut since moving to Portland. I was hoping for a stylist with creative vision because I had some criteria, but not precise knowledge of what I wanted. Legend had no trouble pitching 3 options for me and executing on the one I picked. I don't know if this is the standard experience for a city full of creative souls like Portland, but I can tell you it's very rare everywhere else I've gone for a haircut.“
