Tennis is amazing, all the pros, other members, in house clinics and classes are fun and stimulating. There are several club tournaments that my wife and I enjoy.
The vibe here is wholesome, friendly, and fun to be around. The best part is they turkey care!

Love this gym! It's SO clean and never that busy. Everyone is kind and friendly, even other people working out. I don't feel self conscious working out. Equipment is clean and you don't typically have to wait for a machine. Classes are awesome. Great instructors. SHC is not your average gym or club. Not pretentious at all. It's a very welcoming space.

Stafford Hills is a great gym and club. No gym is perfect, but I really appreciate the aquatics, the workout space, and the customer service. I would recommend better cleaning of the hot tub. I got athlete's foot from it many times and stopped using it completely. This is unfortunate as it could be treated better. Also the men's sauna should be cleaned frequently as debris is often in there, especially under the seating, and it smells foul in there sometimes like urine. Also there should be lighting, like a red light, or something calming.
