Welcome to Spruced! I am the owner, Sarah Annelle. I have been a licensed hairstylist, sought after colorist, extension specialist, and licensed barber for 10 years, with a heavy emphasis on hair color and blonding. For the last 5 years, I have owned and operated a successful boutique salon in Independence, Oregon, called Spruced Hair & Lash Co. Exciting changes have brought me to Tualatin, where I have made my new salon home, Spruced Boutique Salon. My goal for everyone who sits in my chair, is for us to build a long lasting relationship where we can achieve and maintain your hair dreams.
