The staff is underpaid, and it’s apparent that they do their best job. I would give them a rating of 4.8 stars for the effort and the overall experience may be a 3.9. I think Great Clips can do a lot more further their employees.
Had a fantastic experience and even better haircut with Crystal. She listens to the customer, is efficient and knows what she's doing. She makes you feel like you've known her your whole life. Welcoming, kind and a great sense of humor to boot! I will definitely be back!
