Great Clips offers affordable haircuts for men, women, and kids, along with other hair care services like beard trims and shampooing. With no appointment necessary, walk-ins are welcome, and online check-in is available to skip the wait. The friendly and experienced staff strive to provide great cuts every time. Customers have had both positive and negative experiences, with some praising the haircuts as the "best" they've had, while others have noted inconsistencies. The customer service can vary, with some finding the staff to be welcoming and others feeling it could be more friendly. Overall, Great Clips is a reliable option for a nice, affordable haircut, though the experience may depend on the specific location and stylist.
My cut came out okay. The stylist didn't really listen to what I asked for but it's alright. She also didn't blow dry my hair after washing it so I had some wet hair when walking out, but it's okay the cut isn't horrible which is all I really care about.
Donna did a great cut and was a very pleasant person Haircuts are expensive but Great Clips is about the cheapest around and they're pretty consistent and reliable wherever you go
The staff is underpaid, and it’s apparent that they do their best job. I would give them a rating of 4.8 stars for the effort and the overall experience may be a 3.9. I think Great Clips can do a lot more further their employees.
