I just wanted to post since I have been here about 4 times the past few years and usually get a cut and color. I have never had a bad experience and every person I interacted with was nice and polite. I understand others may have had bad experiences, but like many places of business, I'm sure the good far outweighs the bad. Unfortunately, the bad is usually what ends up in reviews, so I wanted to provide my positive interactions. Today my hair was cut and roots highlighted by Lana. Very happy with the results!

Clean. Friendly. Very short wait after the scheduled appointment time. Website has horrible user interface. No options to find first available slot for a given stylist. Time slots don't refresh if you change dates. You have to start over each time. Prices have gone up considerably. Stylists get to know their clients which is nice.
