This is to recommend Ellen Nona Hoyven as a wonderful PT. I first came to her in March. My right shoulder had frozen, for some unknown reason, and I wasn't able to lift my arm to the front without pain, and to the side, not at all. Thanks to her, and my diligence with home exercises, I can wash my hair with both hands, sleep all night and reach the top shelf in the kitchen.
Just remember, if you want to get better, work WITH your PT.
