We had an ongoing issue with our car that we took to 3 mechanics who told us they didn’t smell it or couldn’t figure out where it was. Finally, we unfortunately had the car stop functioning and jumped it. We took it to O’Reilly’s for a battery test. That battery was fully okay so they recommended Family Auto since it’s right next to them. I’ve never blindly taken my car anywhere but the reviews looked good and it was down the street.
Within days, they found the issue, pointed out the fixes the other shops had done that were subpar, fixed those, and our car is finally back to tip-top shape after about 2 months of dealing with the issue. They were communicative even while clearly busy and went above and beyond to prevent the issue further. Very impressed!

I had to bring in my car twice over a few weeks with unrelated issues, and the service here is great. Jonathan is really knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He called to explain his diagnosis and give me the price before he did any work, and their prices were reasonable. The second visit he was very conscious of the fact that I had just taken a big hit and was very thoughtful with his recommendations. They helped me out of a serious bind and I'm really grateful. I'll definitely be back if I need more work in the future.
Also, the shop dogs are very sweet. 10/10

My husbands water pump in his 2020 Challenger RT went out again after replacing it recently and Johnathon took very good care of us, within a day he had a replacement ordered and informed us that the warranty on the original repair would be honored!
