Seems like the other reviews all feel the same way. We had a “white glove” mattress delivery from this company through Macy’s today which end up in one of the worst experiences we’ve recently had. The two delivery men damaged a sentimental painting in our bedroom by leaning a heavy bed frame on it. When asked why they did that, the worker said there was nowhere else to put it. No apology, no remorse, and they even raised their voice at my wife. They both become increasingly hostile until I was thinking about calling the police.

Disappointing but consistent with their reviews. $700 for shipping resulted in $2K in broken items delivered for a $2800.00 total loss. Driver left before we could unpack the pallet so nothing could be noted on the “POD” so our claim was denied… after 6 weeks of emails. Our business and personal shipping needs will NOT go through Coyote again.

I am very frustrated with the level of customer service I received from your company. I spent more than one hour on the phone, making three separate calls, in an attempt to get a lumper code. Horrible!!!
