We hired plumbing and sewer renewal specialists to relocate our house shutoff valve inside the garage and replace the water heater. They were the low bidders on this job of 4 that I received.
They relocated the valve to a more convenient location inside the garage and explained the operation of the required pressure regulator valve. When they replaced the water heater, they selected a slimmer model to fit in the space. Other bids were charging more to move and disconnect other ducting. They also cleaned up the gas vent and gas line connects so they are now compliant.

Had a hot water heater installed along with the replacement of a corroded valve. Grant Fournier was on time and did a great job. He explained what needed to be done and why and stood behind his work. Communication was also great with website tracking of technicians so i know when they would arrive. Definitely recommend

Grant Fournier, our technician came out, looked at our tankless water heater and had us back in business in no time with hot water. He let us know the issue and sent an email with two estimates that same day as well. We used Plumbing and Sewer Renewal before and would do it again.
