I requested a visit from Hydro plumbing to fix a leaky faucet. I spoke with Jessie and we arranged a visit which was convenient for me and appropriate for the seriousness of the issue. He arrived punctually and assessed the situation quickly. Given the circumstances, he felt that he could correct the problem on this visit since I already had acquired a replacement part for the faucet.
