“I grew up in Bandon, graduated in the class of 1990. My parents still live in town and my mom is currently in hospice care for pancreatic cancer. The staff at United Homecare services were recommended by our hospice team. We have been incredibly thankful for their work. The manager, Tabatha, has been professional and friendly. She has immediately answered every call I have made and handled the request promptly. The caregiver, Terissa, has been great with my mom and dad. They love having her out to the house and she manages her work with both personal care and professionalism. Using a service like this comes at a difficult time. Please consider these people if you are in need. I highly recommend!“

“We have found the caregivers from this agency to be warm, kind, patient, responsible and trustworthy! We ares so appreciative of the wonderful care that is provided for our elderly parents from,
assisting with activities of daily living (ADL's) including dressing, for housekeeping, personal laundry and bedding. They attend exercise classes with our folks and take them for walks. Sometimes care is stand-by-assistance and at times hands-on-assistance is needed. They have come to the pharmacy with us to get flu shots for our parents, although the caregivers do not give daily meds as part of their services. The agency made sure daily care notes were documented for our insurance. The agency was flexible in finding caregivers whose personalities matched most closely with our folks and they were flexible on schedule changes. We are most grateful of the great care!

“We are using this agency for a lot of reasons. Michael has always been very polite kind snd extremely knowledgeable either us. Whenever we had any questions he would answer them for us. Today he has been very instrumental in helping me come up with a care plan for our family to help us with my mother. We have been taking care at home for quite some time. We got her a new oxygen concentrator that will allow to have more oxygen. This may help in our biggest problem. If we can get a handle on it we may not need to find a care home for her. She just might be able to stay here with a little more care and help from and the hospice group Tenderly Care . We are so thankful that we may have this option. We enjoy thr young woman who comes over and sits with mom on wed snd Friday. Sandra has been a great person and continues to be so. We are very appreciative of all of you. Thank you very much“

“I want a publicly think Tristin, for his grace, his emotional well-being, his understanding the way he cares about them, and us as a whole us as a whole family. He has been so respectful, trustworthy, reliable loyal, very well communicate and just all around an amazing young man!  His parents should be proud, and his girlfriend should be proud. We’re having such an amazing young man on her side. At 21 years old  ,would think oh my God here we go again why would I even want a 21-year-old but when I say this man is well beyond his ears, that’s exactly what it means without you this last year Tristin I’m not sure how much of it I would’ve been able to get through without you. You have become somebody. I rely on somebody that I fully 100% trust with my life and with things and with everything in my world.  it takes a lot for me to trust people and really to believe in them and 100% would go to bat for them no matter what Tristin you have built that with me..  I know I told you face-to-face, but I just want everybody else to know that I appreciate you and without you saying and I would not be where we’re at today so thank you so much for loving us for helping us and never judging us. When I say, HDE has gone above and beyond the call of duty and finding me a caregiver this last time because they have found the cream of the crop unlike the golden caregiver like the too good to be true caregiver that’s what HDE did for me because they cared enough about my little boy to make sure that he had exactly what he needed so thank you for doing the hiring Pool exactly for Mr Z so that he wouldn’t have to find another one anytime soon. HDE for Tristin because our lives are so much better because of it thank you, Clark Amanda and Melissa. When your son‘s caregiver knows that you’re struggling and tears enough about you because you’re a part of the family and without you there is no Mr. Z so the fact that you spend an extra 2 1/2 hours with me just to talk me through my crisis and let me process through what I needed to process through. Thank you for always asking how I’m doing and even when I tell you, I’m doing good you know that I’m not and you keep asking and I appreciate that. And I appreciate that you treat everybody with respect that comes in my house no matter what no matter who they are, what community they come from what kind of background they have was that they got an education or not or that they’ve had a good family or not whether are they adopted or not you know. Truly, when I told Clark what I wanted and a caregiver and what I would accept in a caregiver and what I wouldn’t do with another caregiver literally Clark from HDE listen to exactly the words that we’re coming out of my mouth and he got me this young man who is way further than I could ever ask of someone he’s way better off than even I am. He is so well reserved. Loves to save money and to be able to share that with other people which I appreciate because that is Zayne a value of a dollar and I really appreciate that. He realizes that I’m not made of money but I want Zayne to have a good time so she budgets any budget as well and he teaches Zayne that too.  so for the last time thank you Tristin thank you Clark thank you Amanda and thank you for Melissa for taking my family and making sure that we’re 100% care for I 100% trust and respect Tristin as a man as an equal and I can’t say this enough I can’t believe that he’s 30 years younger than me and he is way further than I could ever hope to be at his age. “I have had some very good care lately. Thought I'd mention it. Podiatry was awesome. She was young yet experienced. Her friendly & relaxed demeanor helped me relax and feel glad I was there . All seems to be healing now, 2 Weeks làter“
