I paid an incredible amount of money for Gutter Helmet gutter covers. Service was always slow. This spring we were preparing to have our roof replaced. I paid Gutter Helmet to remove and replace my gutter covers. Now my Gutter Helmet gutter covers lay in a heap in the back yard. I have called every number, and they all go an answering machine that says AA Express Cleaning. I have driven to both addresses in Tigard, and they seem to have vanished. I have come to understand that Gutter Helmet is no longer supported in Oregon. What the hay. I have a transferable lifetime warranty. We all know it's the lifetime of the company. Gutter Helmets are still listed with the BBB. I have the associated name and phone number (which of course is no longer belongs to Gutter Helmet. I say we start a class action lawsuit. Anyone with me? Until then I will continue to try and find the parent company.

The system hates pine needles. My gutters are clogged more now than before. Gutter Helmet will respond and do a poor job of unclogging the problem. After they leave it comes back quickly.
