Best Heating & Air Conditioning / HVAC In The Dalles

“We had a ducted heating and airconditiong system put in last year close to the end of summer. The salesman was wonderful (Steven) ,honestly he is the reason we went with Sky. When they installed they found a small pipe that needed fixing and said they would do it. When the install was done we weren't sure if the pipe they said they'd fix, was fixed. We tried 3 times to get them to respond to us, we just paid cash for this system and deserved to be followed up with. Finally on 4th time, they did send the tech out who fixed the problem. We have had it inspected and told they did a very good job, but needed a small amount of thermal wire cover to match up the pipe so it doesn't freeze. We haven't even had our first inspection and check up from sky yet. NWCpud came out and inspected it. Again we called and asked if they could come and fix this, and again was told like the other 4 times that someone would call us back. And again no response. Now I am gonna give kuddos to the techs that put this system so fabulously in, and they are courteous and professional. The system works great. But your customer service on returning and following up really suffers for lack of using any other words. They do not return customer calls. It's a sad fact.“
