OEQ installed a new mini-split heat pump in May of 2023. Great experience all-around. Cheapest quote, my guess because they don't advertise as much and do not have a separate sales force to pay for, so they don't have the overhead. Include them when getting quotes.

Oregon Equipment has always provided exceptional service. I had them install a new heating and air pump, new ducts, and service the unit for 10 years. I have used them for business for years as well. Every time, they responded very quickly and were professional. They charge a fair price. I would recommend them without hesitation for any heating and air needs.

Our A/C went out and Oregon Equipment was referred to us by some friends. Being temps were way up in The Dalles that day, I was amazed they were able to come out and fix our issue the same day and actually within 2hrs from my phone call. Once the technician came out he realized they had installed the original unit and was able to warranty the parts and my charge was for the time spent only. Very professional and have already recommended Oregon Equipment to others.
