This place offers truly outstanding customer service. A representative by the name of Angelique (or Angelica?-- I'm so sorry I can't remember for sure) went way above and beyond to help my elderly mother and I, who were in for help with some badly damaged frames, yesterday. As long as my parents continue to live in the area, Cascade will be their one and only eye care center, for sure. Thank you, Cascade Eye Center.

Coming from Goldendale at the end of a surgical work day, I really appreciate the walk in optical service without a needed appointment. Angelique and her manager were exceptional in their attention to detail and cautious adjustments to my eyeglass frames. I kept abreast of the steps needed to complete this delicate adjustment given my strong prescription and heavy lenses. I am grateful that The Dalles has such an exceptional ophthalmological and optometric office available. Outstanding staff and exceptional service, which exemplifies pt. care and professionalism. Dr. John Willard is a awesome eye doctor. He checked my eyes for any signs of serious damage or vision difficulties to them because of my diabetes . He also did my, & my husbands cataract eye surgeries so we both were able to see so much better. But that was only to be able to see far away, so we had to have new great glasses, so we could really see near & fine print to be able to read small print. I had to get use to moving my arm further back to see clearly. I was not use to that, compared to my seeing only near to me before my surgery on my eyes. It took some getting use to, & adjustments.
