Michael has helped us several times now with heating and cooling issues and always been outstanding. We recently lost both heat sources just as the cold hit. It took Michael a few trips to diagnose because the system came back life the first time and he couldn't run diagnostics. We really appreciate his diligence and dedication to getting our system running. He went the extra mile to expedite a part and squeezed us into a busy schedule for the install. Heat is running again, Michael is a saint, we really appreciate him.
Our gas furnace started making noise. From the video I shared with him, Michael correctly diagnosed as bad inducer bearing. He got the part and replaced it on the very day the inducer seized. We could not have been happier with his prompt service and professionalism. We will definitely use Remington Heating again.
