Joshua did an absolutely fantastic job in configuring and installing a new Midea heat pump and air handler at our home, a replacement system for the original the house was built with. In developing his estimate he asked questions that resulted in reconfiguring our system to add a second zone for our upper floor that I anticipate will result in much better heating and cooling throughout the house. He was meticulous in his install, taking great care with the fine details. He was just great to work with - polite, patient and did exactly what he said he’d do.
