We had such a great experience with this hot tub service company. They were professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, handled the maintenance efficiently, and left everything spotless. It’s hard to find reliable service providers these days, and they truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!
We acquired a used spa when we bought our home in Sunriver 18 years ago, and we retained Water Works to do the periodic maintenance. They perform this maintenance 2X a month (we’re not hard on the spa). In addition to the routine maintenance, over the years WW has replaced a failed heater and a pump (it’s an old spa) and a new control display on the deck. We initially kept the spa working year-round to enjoy on winter visits, but now drain it for the winter. I always try to be present when the servicing is done and am certainly present when the annual start-up occurs or the winterization occurs.
