I can’t say enough nice things about H20 Specialties. They serviced our hot tub for 15+ years in Sunriver. They were 100% professional, they were responsive and always kept us in the loop when things needed repairs which was critical as we do not live in Sunriver. They also worked well with our rental management company and timed their visits before and after each renter so the hot tub was sanitized and in good working order. In addition their staff has stayed consistent the entire time. That is a good sign of a company that treats their employees as good as their customers. Highly recommend.
What a great company, with owners that truly care and take care of their customers and employees. Happy employees are better employees and they have great ones. Every interaction I have had with them they are quick to jump on helping me resolve issues and really juggle crazy vacation rental schedules to keep clients happy.
