Open communication with staff and Dr. They like to educate you and take the time to answer your questions, I have never felt hurried, and that is saying something because picking out frames can be a lengthy task especially when you cannot see very well post exam. The decor is very inviting and streamlined. Lots of frames to choose from, the staff is great about asking what you are looking for and making suggestions. They took the time to help me find something in my budget but still met my daily needs and wants. They are great at working with a wide range of insurance companies too. I highly recommend both the Scappoose and St. Helens branches!”
