Went to their St Helens office for my insurance recommended annual exam today. Office staff was very nice and helpful. I'd used my Albuterol inhaler for asthma just before my visit and my hands were too shaky to fill out the form, so the office staff helped me with it. Dr Thomas Chewerda is super nice and very knowledgeable and I respect his opinion completely. His office has all of the new equipment to do a really COMPLETE exam which is also a confidence booster. The rest of my family goes there and they are quite happy with their experiences. We would recommend the St Helens office to everyone.

Today was my first new patient appointment and I truly felt comfortable and welcomed by the staff. From front desk to the assistants, Doctor and ordering my contacts, everyone was professional and respectful. So happy to have found a great place for my eye care. Dr Sarah was amazing and very nice. Glad I made the choice to come here.

First time visit, was referred by my primary care at Legacy. I was very happy with the service provided by the front reception team. The doctor was thorough in explaining what he'd found and how it related to my concerns and referral. An additional photo of my retinas was offered and was well worth the nominal cost (family history of blindness and diabetes). I ended up being so happy with everyone's authenticity and helpfulness that I chose to purchase new frames and lenses directly from them, as I feel they would be invaluable support in the event I struggle with the new prescription and frames/lenses.Overall really impressed with the quality of my visit and the options...read full review
