He took a generous amount of time to walk me through exactly what was going on, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I felt informed about my options. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process.
I especially appreciated that he offered thoughtful recommendations for reputable local companies in case follow-up work is needed—it never felt rushed or transactional. His friendliness and integrity really stood out. I’m so grateful for the care he brought to this experience and would absolutely recommend him.
