Alana is very thorough, encouraging and helpful. She is very knowledgeable about the body and provides appropriate therapeutic exercises and stretches to help heal injuries and increase strength and mobility.

I'm in my 70s and had been an athletic all my life up until the last decade. A pinch nerve sent me to Alana, my physical therapist, for the first time. Right away I realized I should have taken advantage of the expertise and wisdom of a physical therapist years ago.
