They provided prompt and professional service along with some good tips on how to maintain my equipment through the heating season. Chris (the owner) returned my call quickly, He was honest, professional, kind, & considerate. Problem was solved & new part installed within a few days (had to order the part). He made sure it was repaired as quickly as possible, as it is winter in Sisters and temps are low at night! I am so thankful & highly recommend his service!
