Celtic Spirit Yoga
“I have been practicing yoga for 29 years. Fortunate to have learned from many teachers, and all the subtle variations amongst them* I discovered Celtic Spirit Yoga in 2017. What I found was a welcoming, comfortable and dynamic yoga studio!
Therese the Yogacharya, is the owner with decades of experience and a quiver full of everything! Traditional yoga- Kundalini- Warm up motions that are fit for every level of student and unique body motion balance practice!
Therese has a host of experienced, engaging and fun co-teachers! They like Therese, sculpture their practices to be inclusive and accommodating to ALL levels of the students before them! The instruction here at Celtic Spirit Yoga is World Class!
Sincerely,
Mitch Williams”
