Working with Wapiti Pacific Contractors LLC was an easy process. We started out but wanting a demolition of an old building and ended up with a fantastic 36 x 36 shop. We are in the city limits and were able to meet the city requirements and meet our desired request. Matt is great at communicating and asking or letting us know options and made suggestion about things we hadn’t really thought through. We are so pleased with the building, concrete, construction, lack of mess left behind and how fast the process moved along. We recommend them for your next addition.
First of all before I write this review I just want to say I have never written a review for any business or product. My experience with Matt and his sons was one that is worthy of me writing my first review. I contacted Matt to build my dream pole barn/shop. He responded very quickly and set up a time to come check out the area I wanted it built. I had no idea what size shop I could build since the location was on a gentle slope, so a lot of excavation needed to be done. He told me a ballpark of what I could build, but it wasn’t until he was done sculpting the area that he told me I could fit a 40x72x18 with a 10x45 lean to on the back. We would absolutely recommend Wapiti Pacific. They built our 42' x 72' building with 17' sidewalls and scissor trusses. The finished product met all of our expectations. They are responsive during both design and build phases. Their pricing was very competitive. Pros: quality of finished product, timely communication, ability to respond to change requests / customization; customer first approach; Cons: building took longer than anticipated due to late start, weather and incorrect roofing material (this was made right by Wapiti without any push-back, but the rework delayed 1-2 days).
