Mediocre service from dentist 2026, I gave 3 stars mainly for the hygienist-she was friendly, professional and gave excellent service! I think she should teach customer service to the rest of the office! Just because someone goes to school, gets a degree doesn't always mean they are excellent at what they do-it also takes genuine interest in people to do ANY in-person profession, you either ‘got people skills’ or you don’t; for those who want quick dental service Willamette Dental is just that.
I want to thank the entire team for the amazing care they provided. Dr. Jeff Jackie was outstanding, and his assistant, Cassandra, was amazing as well. Kim was also wonderful. Honestly, the whole team was incredible, and I don’t want to leave anyone out because everyone was so professional, kind, and attentive.
I’m a very picky person, but they didn’t even give me the chance to be picky because they covered everything. They made me feel comfortable and confident from the moment I walked in. Their confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out.
I highly recommend this place. Five stars without thinking twice!
He is a very nice and gentle denturest. I would recommend anyone with little fears, you don't have to with Dr. Jacks. He has a great bedside manner and makes you feel your in good hands after your first visit.
