After having an awful experience at Sterling Vision, my insurance suggested Walmart. Detra, the optician, spent time with me ensuring that my measurements were correct and also did some troubleshooting on the incorrect lenses from Sterling. I received my glasses a week later and they are perfect. I received a call back asking how my glasses were working out and was reminded of a discount for a second pair. The customer service and professionalism was exceptional. The price was half as much as the last place. I highly recommend!

After an hour of trying to fix the lost screw from my eye glasses.I brought them to Wal-Mart and Detra and Katie fixed it. THANK YOU from saving me from insanity from a tiny little screw.

Last visit with Dr Clark back in 2019. On Feb 9th I had updated near/far vision testing done. The procedures used were clearly explained to meby Dr Clark in each segment to make certain I had best vision sharpness or recognition thatwould come out when lenses were created.I received one set (distance) and one set (near-sightedness) days apart during following week.Am very pleased with clearness in reading andclose-up vision plus driving with more comfortin seeing far away traffic. Support staff very helpful.
