Salem Occupational Health Clinic - Urgent Care is a punctual and professional clinic. Doctors at the clinic are helpful and the office and therapy staff are good. The clinic even lets patients come in early when necessary. Some patients have reported that the male front desk staff member is rude and talks disorderly to patients.

I consistently wait on hold for over 10 minutes every time I call, despite the fact I was the only customer in the waiting area both times I’ve been in. Customer service is poor when I do speak to someone, they seem very bothered and uninterested in trying to help. I have an employment offer contingent on me completing a physical and an audio test, but despite having multiple locations, this one is the only one offering the audio tests, which can’t be done for 2 weeks due to a technical issue with their audio tests machine. This is probably going to push my start date for my new job back by 2 weeks according to HR.

Came here to get my CDL medical card. Jennifer was professional, quick and efficient. The receptionists were efficient and everything was done relatively quickly.

As a medical professional myself I am incredibly disappointed in the service provided, and the poor professionalism this clinic has. I can only speak on our experience and our interaction with front desk staff. My husband had an appointment scheduled and when he showed up they had his last name and DOB wrong. For which he wasn't able to fill paperwork out beforehand like they had asked due to this information being incorrect. He filled out some forms and they asked if he had CDL. My husband does not have a CDL license nor was he there for CDL. He was there for a physical and drug test for an employer.
