As a survivor of domestic violence, it can actually be really difficult to go in and trust a massage professional. I came in to see Jay after a car accident left me far from my usual standard of health. I continued seeing him for months once a week until I regained my strength and I was able to start working out again. Relaxing and for my first massage, really helped my neck a lot. I have better range of motion. Also opened up my airways and I have been able to breath better for a few days. Allergies are just starting to come back, probably due to the mold we encountered helping someone move yesterday. Will be back soon. Thank you, Jay!
