Needing a new doctor, I have approached many local clinics. These contracts have met with brisk or rude refusals. Until I walked into Valley Clinic’s Salem office. Both women at the reception desk were unusually friendly, helpful and encouraging. They removed any obstacles. Their positive attitudes fill me with hope that I will be accepted here.
After my doctor retiring, I had been switched to a completely computerized office. No one even answered the phone. I was referred to Dawn O Connell by a friend. Gpt right in. My phone calls were returned and I have that one on one experience again with my relationship with this office. Also Ariel, Dawn O' Connells assistant is simply fabulous and on the ball. I am blessed to have my healthcare in tact again.
Really nice and helpful office personnel, dr asst was friendly - did not rush - personable . The doctor:showed concern n addressed my issues, explained why she would like certain tests run, asked good questions pertaining to my health, made me feel comfortable(as they say with drs-great bedside manner), did not rush thru the appt and really super nice. So glad I found her- Dr Dawn O’ Connor. Thank u to the entire group!!!!
