Very busy shop. Took a while to get my unit in. But they were very clear early on of what to expect, and everything they said would happen. As far as the repairs, they were done in a reasonable timeline and reasonable price. I was kept in the loop the entire time and whenever there was a change. Very professionally run shop. Would recommend if you can get in.
Brought down a nonfunctioning mower recoil spring that I didn't realize was broken. Kyle fixed it on the spot and sent me out with good advice. Later when I got home I had some installation trouble, but a phone call to these gentlemen resulted in a helpful set of parameters that allowed me to fix everything on my own. An absolutely great experience.,
